How do I report a product complaint or adverse reaction with one of your products?

As a leading international healthcare group specialised in advanced wound care, it is our goal at URGO Medical to maintain our worldwide reputation for supplying products that are safe, effective and reliable. With the safety of patients and users our priority, we are committed to following the applicable regulatory requirements when it comes to receiving, reporting and investigating customer feedback and complaints. If you or one of your patients has experienced a potential quality issue, an adverse event or suspected side effect when using one of our products, it is vital you contact us as soon as you can. Our team is dedicated to listen and act on the feedback we receive.

Are your products TGA listed/registered?

Yes, all URGO Medical products supplied in Australia have an Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods Certificate.

 

Where are your products manufactured?

All URGO Medical products supplied in Australia are manufactured by Laboratoires Urgo in France.

 

What do you offer in the way of product and educational support and resources?

Clinical evaluations and case studies are invaluable records of the clinical practices of a profession. Does URGO Medical partner in and sponsor educational and industry events?
